* Responsible for all earth station licensing for Cyberstar services.


* Work closely with the legal regulatory staff and FCC to ensure timely and accurate submission of earth station license filings.

* Responsible for maintaining a database of all invoices detailing the payment status of each carrier service.


* Perform Satellite link budget analysis to determine space segment and equipment requirements.
* Experienced in applying various satellite modulation and encoding techniques such as QPSK, 8-PSK, B-PSK, reed-solomon & virtibi coding.


* Determine satellite network pricing based on equipment and space-segment requirements.
