* Determine most efficient design approach based upon requirements needed for customer.

* Responsible for maintaining a database of all invoices detailing the payment status of each carrier service.

* Perform Satellite link budget analysis to determine space segment and equipment requirements.
* Experienced in applying various satellite modulation and encoding techniques such as QPSK, 8-PSK, B-PSK, reed-solomon & virtibi coding.

* Determine satellite network pricing based on equipment and space-segment requirements.

* Review contracts as they are been prepared, and interface with other departments, to ensure satellite network can be implemented at contracted price.
